The 25891 is a light-weight, foldable, rapid deployment hand held VHF antenna covering frequency range 136 to 176 MHz. The antenna folds and unfolds quickly requiring no tools.
A 1.6 inch diameter ball on the base of the antenna makes for easy hand -held operation and can be supplied with an optional lightweight tripod for use where a quickly established base station is required. The glass loaded composite antenna base supports a very efficient, side by side yagi array to provide excellent directivity and gain over 136-176 MHz. Available as a “suite” of antennas across different frequency bands.
